Abstrakty

W opracowaniu poświęcono uwagę roli integracji w procesie globalizacji. Autor przedstawia analizę sytuacji państw Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej, a w szczególności stara się odtworzyć strukturę korzyści, jaka powstanie po włączeniu do Unii Europejskiej państw stowarzyszonych. Autor podkreśla też rolę zarządzania międzynarodowego i znaczenie edukacji w przejmowaniu korzyści, jakie niesie globalizacja.

In this article an analysis was made of processes of economic integration under conditions of the growing globalisation of the contemporary world economy. Special attention was paid to the situation of the countries of the Central and Easter Europe in connection with integration processes and because of the role of integration of these countries into the European Union for their incorporation into the mutually dependent global economy in which the greatest profits are reaped by the countries of the triad, that is, the United States, the Eurpoean Union and Japan. Also the "Puslecki paradox" was indicated, which draws attention to the profits of becoming a member of the European Union by the associated states of the Central and Eastern Europe, and to a lesser degree, emphasises the role of the United Europe as a hegemon in relation to its new future members. The role of international management and significance of education for the less developed countries under conditions of globalisation was emphasised. In conclusion, the author says that, among other things, regionalisation and globalisation are phenomena that are more complementary than competitive to one another. They also cause similar changes in the global economy and in the area of a given region. (original abstract)
