W opracowaniu przedstawiono metodę zrównoważonej karty wyników, którą zaprojektowano w celu "przekładania" strategii przedsiębiorstwa na cele operacyjne. Karta ta może być narzędziem planowania i kontroli, a także może wspomagać zarządzanie informacją i komunikacją w przedsiębiorstwie. Autor prezentując tą metodę, podaje zakres w którym może być stosowana i przykłady jej wykorzystania.

In the article the author presents a method of balanced results chart the main objective of which is to 'translate' the vision, mission and strategy of an enterprise into appropriate goals and operational gauges. The author presents the assumptions underlying the method, its administration and areas of use, and, also, demonstrates an example of its application. (original abstract)
