Abstrakty

Autor definiuje pojęcie sekurytyzacji aktywów, oraz opisuje jej etapy. Charakteryzuje różne transakcje tego rodzaju oraz jego techniczne aspekty: obsługa ABS (asset-backed securities), sposoby rozszerzania kredytu, rozszerzenie płynności. Próbuje także zidentyfikować grupę potencjalnych przedsiębiorstw, które mogłyby być zainteresowane udziałem w procesie sekurytyzacji.

In this article, the author discusses the creation of securities backed by future cash flows from assets (Asset-Backed Securities). He describes the different transactions of this kind, the particular stages of the process, and its technical aspects (such as servicing of issue of ABS, ways of credit enhancement and liquidity enhancement). The author also discusses the advantages of securitisation for enterprises and the role banks may perform in asset securitisation. In the final part of the article, he attempts to describe the factors which may encourage or impede the use of asset securitisation in Poland. He also tries to identify potential groups of enterprises in Poland that might be interested in perticipating in the process of securitisation of their assets. (original abstract)
