Abstrakty
Problem rozwoju człowieka jest istotnym zagadnieniem dotyczącym bytu ludzkiego. W artykule zaprezentowano różne pojęcia rozwoju podmiotu osobowego: 1. Osiąganie wewnętrznej jednolitości i jednorodności; 2. Ciągłość i kontynuacja; 3. Coraz wyraźniejszy podmiot ("krystalizowanie się"); 4.Osiąganie istotnych kwalifikacji podmiotowych; 5. Rozwój polegający na ciągłym poszerzaniu działań na rzecz wartości (otwieranie się).
The development of the human subject is not simply a product of organic and psychological processes it neither initiates nor "masters". The human subject can contribute to its own development, embarking upon development-oriented undertakings and "assimilating" certain processes and mechanisms. In such situations, the human subject is engaged in its own authentic development. This process may involve: 1) the achievement of internal uniformity, 2) the appearance of something new in the life of the human subject, 3) the "crystallization" of the human subject, 4) the attainment of important skills, 5) an opening up to values and a broadening of actions to this end. These different approaches to the development of the human subject complement rather than exclude one another. (original abstract)
