Abstrakty
Mentoring to proces nieustannego wspierania kariery zawodowej pracowników. W artykule opisano kierunki wykorzystania mentoringu, dóbr uczestników i trudności napotykane w jego realizacji. W zakończeniu opisano stosowanie mentoringu w Bank of Montreal.
In the first part of this paper, the author introduces the origin and methods of the mentoring method. Next, he presents the ways mentoring is used in employee development and training as well as the principles of choosing mentors and their pupils. The obstacles most often encountered in mentoring are discussed. The last section of the paper comprises a description of the use of mentoring at the Bank of Montreal. (original abstract)
