Abstrakty

W opracowaniu podjęto próbę przybliżenia rozwoju OPT (optimized production technology) i koncepcji ograniczeń. Scharakteryzowano każde podejście, ukazano różnice i wzajemne zależności między nimi. System zoptymalizowanego przepływu produkcji ukazano na tle innych systemów planowania produkcji: MRP MRP II i JIT.

In this paper, the author describes the development of new tools for work harmonisation. In particular, he sets out the evolution of the Drum-Buffer-Rope technique towards a system of production optimisation with a general outline of its limitations. He presents the origin and reasons for the appearance of each of these tools, along with their development both in Europe and around the world. The author supplements his description of these tools with a methodology for assessing them. (original abstract)
