The basic condition for the subsistence and development of a company is to choose specific development strategy. The article is a presentation of strategy division criteria, as well as policy types established in accordance with those criteria. Whereas there is a certain homogeneity of depictions at the criterion level, what dominates at the type level is absolute discretion and inconsistency. (original abstract)
