Abstrakty

Artykuł poświęcono problematyce inwestycji kapitałowych w Narodowych Funduszach Inwestycyjnych (NFI). Prześledzono zmiany, jakie następowały w strukturze inwestujących w akcje Narodowych Funduszy Inwestycyjnych oraz motywy ich postępowania. Prezentowane dane wskazują na znaczny udział w funduszach inwestorów zagranicznych.

The research, which the Author has carried out show, which the big part of the investments in the National Investments Funds can't be, treated clearly as the direct investments or portfolio investments. A character of the investments often changed - a passive investor was becoming an active investor and vice versa. At present the biggest private investors both active and passive in the NFI are PZU SA, BRE SA, Deutsche Bank Securities, Everest Capital, NiF Fund Holdings, Pekao SA, Credit Suisse First Boston, Bank Austria A.G. Creditanstalt, Copernicus Investments Ltd. and Baupost Group Ltd. (original abstract)
