Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
Przedmiotem zainteresowania autorów jest wpływ fitness (forma aktywności ruchowej) na rozwój koordynacyjnych zdolności motorycznych. Grupę badawczą stanowiły instruktorki fitness i studentki AWF.
A hypothesis has been adopted in this work that fitness exercises of medium intensity could contribute to the development of motor co-ordination skills. This article aimed at comparing the motor efficiency of the women instructors of fitness - students of the Academy of Physical Education (AWF) - with that of the women students of the Pedagogical Academy in Cracow (AP) who practise aerobic for recreation. The set of tests conducted on the women students from the AWF and AP who practised aerobic revealed significant differences in motor effects in those two compared groups. (original abstract)
