Abstrakty

Artykuł dotyczy aspektów prawnych i podatkowych umów leasingowych w Polsce. Autor omawia zagadnienia cywilno-prawne umów leasingowych, analizuje opodatkowanie podatkiem dochodowym umów leasingowych w latach 1992-1999 oraz przedstawia projekt ustawy o opodatkowaniu leasingu opracowany w 1999 roku. Na zakończenie prezentuje własną koncepcję przyspieszenia rozwoju transakcji leasingowych jako alternatywę dla wszystkich rozwiązań dotychczas przedstawionych.

The article is related to the subject of legal and tax aspects of leasing agreement in Poland. The author discusses the issue civil-legal of leasing agreements in the years of 1992-1999 and presents concept of finance leasing taxation created by Ministry of Finance in 1999. He also presents his own view of the accelerated leasing transaction's as alternative for all solutions presented till now. (A.Ł.)
