Omówiono wpływ konsumowanej żywności na zdrowie ludzkie. Stwierdzono że koszty ochrony zdrowia w znacznym stopniu zależą od jakości produktów przemysłu spożywczego i pełnego wykorzystania jego osiągnięć.

About 50 procent of the diseases in Poland are timely caused trough inpriopriate nourishment. The increasing weight of production of the food industry in the nourishment of the population, should be accompanied by constant increase of the wholesomes values of this products. The according steps in this industry, with the respectation of the raw materials can and should to increase the improvement of human health considerably depend from the quality of the fulfiling of the food industry and clearly of the utilization on his attaitments in the public scale.
