Temat artykułu koncentruje się wokół pojęć tj.: kultura przedsiębiorstwa i kultura organizacyjna. Omówiono najważniejsze uwarunkowania kultury organizacyjnej, strukturę kultury przedsiębiorstwa, podstawowe strategie zmiany kulturowej oraz związek kultury przedsiębiorstwa z kulturą narodową.
The aim of the article is to draw the attention of modern management to the aspects of organisational culture in a firm. It presents the existing standards in cultural structures of a firm. Moreover, the article illustrates conditionings of the organisational culture in the aspect of the firm's environment and the impact of cultures on the total performance of the firm. It presents the relations between the national culture and the company culture. (original abstract)
