Abstrakty

Wykorzystanie koncepcji enhanced Knowledge Warehouse (eKW) może być skutecznym narzędziem pozyskania informacji zewnętrznych do instytucji finansowych. Wykorzystująca agenty programowe implementacja koncepcji eKW jest sposobem zasilania hurtowni danych zewnętrznymi informacjami filtrowanymi z zaufanych źródeł informacji. Przedstawione zostały potrzeby informacyjne instytucji finansowej, przykładowe zakresy danych oraz potencjalne źródła informacji, wykorzystywane w codziennej pracy. Artykuł szerzej opisuje procedurę kredytową w banku oraz możliwość wspierania jej przez eKW. Na podstawie zawartości hurtowni danych eKW wyszukuje dokumenty potrzebne do oceny zdolności kredytowej klienta. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The enhanced Knowledge Warehouse (eKW) can be a quite effective tool of gaining external information for financial institutions, if exploited wisely. An implementataion of the eKW, which uses program agents, is a way of supplying data warehouses with external data that have carefully been selected from reliable sources of information. (JW)
