Abstrakty

Women`s Studies (inaczej feminologia) nie jest terminem prostym do zdefiniowania. Temat ten można postrzegać z perspektywy teoretycznej wyznaczonej przez dwa pojęcia: kolektyw myślowy i styl myślowy. Autorka opisuje powstanie "kolektywizmu myślowego" feministek, jego podział w pierwszej dekadzie działalności, oraz omawia różnice polityczne (trójpodział teorii feministycznych) tzw. feminizm liberalny, socjalistyczny i radykalny.

Women's studies perceived from the theoretical perspective delineated by the concepts of Ludwik Fleck reveal features of the "intellectual collective" and "intellectual style": a certain community of people bound together by an exchange of ideas or intellectual interaction, the results of the cognitive activity of which are determined by directed perception. As a result of maintaining the content-related isolation of the community as a specific world of ideas, entry into the "interior" of a collective world of ideas is to a great extent characterised by esoteric clique-like attitudes. A specific form of intellectual coercion and total intellectual readiness to adopt one world view rather than another are features common to feminism as a whole, independently of the divisions arising from political, ethnic and social differences or differences of sexual orientation or those caused by personal conflicts.
