Autorka prezentuje nowoczesne metody oceniania, szacowania i wykonania planu. Projekt ewaluacyjny jest nowoczesnym narzędziem kontroli - jakościową metodą badania służącą ocenie stopnia zaawansowania i realizacji projektów. Metoda ta używana jest do wyjaśniania dlaczego pewne rozwiązania zawodzą oraz do wskazywania sposobów opanowywania niepożądanej sytuacji.
In this article, the author presents a modern method for evaluating the performance of programmes. Such a method is used to help explain why certain solutions fail and to indicate ways of overcoming an undesirable situation. An evaluation project is a modern instrument of control - a qualitative research method used to evaluate the progress and performance of projects (programmes launched by organizations). It is used by government institutions and international organizations as an auxiliary instrument to assess the activities of newly-established branches and agencies of American government institutions and to evaluate the programmes launched by them to provide assistance to under-developed and developing countries. Its objective is to achieve the primary goals of programmes and to monitor the financial resources assigned to specific programmes. This method has attracted the interest of the social sciences: economics, psychology, social work and education, and can be used in qualitative research and to evaluate innovative solutions.
