Abstrakty

Celem opracowania jest prognoza rozwoju sektora energetycznego w Polsce do końca 2000 roku. W artykule zaprezentowano trzy metody analizy tego sektora, przedstawiono wyniki szacowania parametrów dla wybranych modeli oraz graficzne odpowiedniki tych szacunków. W zakończeniu autor opisuje oszacowane wartości badanych zjawisk do końca 2000 roku.

The principal aim of this study is to forecast the development of the energy sector in Poland up till 2000, using the exponential smoothing method. The authors use monthly data with regard to four major groups of energy sources: coal, oil gas and electrical energy. The authors also look at products derived from certain raw materials. The analysis covers four groups of characteristics: raw material production for the energy industry, national price indices, gross production and foreign trade in raw materials. The study consists of three main parts. In the first, the authors present their methods of analysis; in the second, they present the results of parameter estimates for the adopted models and provide a graphical representation of these estimates; and in the third part they present the estimated values for the researched phenomena up to 2000.
