Abstrakty

W opracowaniu podjęto próbę systematyzacji międzynarodowych przepływów kapitału. Autorka opisuje zagraniczne lokaty bezpośrednie, lokaty portfelowe i kapitał pożyczkowy. W zakończeniu artykułu omawia efekty międzynarodowych przepływów kapitału, które można rozpatrywać z punktu widzenia kraju-eksportera netto oraz kraju-importera netto kapitału.

The international flows of capital are one of the aspects of the internationalisation of the economic processes. They can be classified according to the various criteria, of which the division into flow production capital (direct and indirect investments) and loan capital deserve an attention. In practice, the main entities of capital export in a form of the direct investments are big joint stock companies that are the basis for establishing the trans-national and multinational enterprises. There are various reasons for the international flows capital and the change together with the social and economic development. The effects of these flows can be grouped into those taking into consideration the point of view of the country - exporter of the net capital and the country - importer of the net capital.
