Abstrakty
W opracowaniu przedstawiono szczegółowe regulacje prawne, wprowadzające zmiany w kompetencjach administracji lokalnej w obrębie funkcjonowania ogniw transportu zbiorowego. Dokonano także klasyfikacji zadań i kompetencji powiatowych okręgów administracyjnych w sferze transportu.
The State administration reform, enforced in January 1999, consisted, among other provisions, in the establishing further levels of the local self government (powiat county self government and the Voivodship self government) as well as introducing changes in the competence of the particular levels of public administration. The paper presents in detail those legal regulations that introduce changes in the competence of public administration within the scope of elements of the transport system. Moreover, the classification of the tasks and competencies of the powiat county and the Voivodship self governments as well as those of the Voivode (regional governor) within the public transport have been done.
