Taking into account the insurance aspects the dominant meaning of the leasing contract has been underlined as well as its consequences for the transportation services. In the paper the authors have put down some de lege ferenda conclusions before civil code amendment. Also the tax problems have been taken into account in this subject analysis. (original abstract)
