The presented article shows the problem of the adaptation processes of the forwarding companies. The excessive liberalisation process of the forwarding activity has led to the drastic decrease in the efficiency level of the forwarding activity. The author of the article describing the adaptation problem in the forwarding companies has touched a lot of the essential problems connected with the functioning of the forwarding company on the transport market.
