Analizuje także obszar gmin przygranicznych z punktu widzenia transportu, podkreślając potrzebę restrukturyzacji i modernizacji jego infrastruktury.

Changes of the industrial structure, liquidation of some of the industrial plants in Cieszyn, Racibórz, Kaczyce, Wodzisław, have influenced on change of the local arrangements developed in the past. These transformations are specially important in the face of the new requirements of the market economy connected with our membership in Union. The problem must be considered comprehensively which means taking the relations of industry - transport - social changes into consideration. Those relations will decide in the future about the arrangements in the local space and the harmonious co-operation among the people of two countries. (short original abstract)
