Abstrakty

Rosnące wymagania klientów i rozwój technologii informatycznych i komunikacyjnych powodują potrzebę badania modeli zarządzania zapasami w łańcuchach dostaw. W referacie przeprowadzono analizę aktualnie stosowanych koncepcji i przedstawiono dwa alternatywne modele zarządzania zapasami w łańcuchu dostaw: liniowe planowanie potrzeb i sterowanie według stałych zapasów. Increasing customers requirements and developments in communication and information technologies result in the need to explore models for inventory management in supply chains. This paper examines current inventory management concepts and present alternative two models for inventory management in supply chain: line requirements planning (LRP) and base stock control (BSC).
