Abstrakty

W pracy podjęto próbę identyfikacji i oceny mechanizmów tworzenia i implementacji rozwiązań w obrębie systemów zarządzania restrukturyzowanych przedsiębiorstw, sprawnych w turbulentnym otoczeniu i zapewniających zarówno stabilizację wewnętrzną organizacji, jak i równowagę pomiędzy przedsiębiorstwem a otoczeniem w strategicznym horyzoncie czasowym. Model przebiegu procesów restrukturyzacji organizacyjnej oraz schemat działań racjonalnych postępowania organizatorskiego opracowano na podstawie wyników badań empirycznych wykonanych w przedsiębiorstwach na Dolnym Śląsku. Do zestawienia i opisu procedur i kroków metodycznych oraz ich interpretacji wykorzystano wnioski z badań oraz teorię i praktykę opisaną w literaturze przedmiotu. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The publication is an attempt at presenting the methods of organizational restructuring which may be applied as a tool of effective changes in organization and management system. Comparison of the results of empirical research carried out on a group of various industrial enterprises with the data from professional literature inclined us to design a scheme of activities and to make up a set of methodological procedures along with interpretation guidelines. This makes organizational restructuring of enterprises possible. The paper presents the objectives, range, types and tools of such a restructuring. It is also a presentation of the range, course and results of the research involved. It shows the course of activities and conditions of introducing the changes in enterprise organization and management system. The methodological suggestions concerning organizational changes were put forward when comparing our results with theoretical achievements presented in professional literature. The paper includes a scheme of activities, procedures and methodological interpretations allowing restructuring of both enterprise organization and management system. It also determines favourable conditions for organizational restructuring of enterprises. The practical examples provide the analysis and assessment of major changes introduced in management systems of the industrial enterprises. The paper ends with the synthesis of the research results and guidelines for the further studies. (short original abstract)
