Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono założenia i cele metody analizy oraz projektowania procesów informacyjno-komunikacyjnych rozwiniętych przez spółkę Siemens w latach osiemdziesiątych. Opisano także przebieg procedury badawczej zwracając szczególną uwagę na moduł analizy komunikacyjnej.

In this article, the author looks at the method for analysing and designing information and communications processes developed by the Siemens company in the 1980s. The author describes the assumptions, goals and conceptual schema behind the method, and identifies the tasks performed in the four research modules and specifies the techniques used in them. The author describes the course of the research procedure, in particular taking into account the communications analysis module. (original abstract)
