Informacja dodatkowa jest odrębnym elementem sprawozdania finansowego jednostki prowadzącej księgi rachunkowe zgodnie z ustawą o rachunkowości. Zadaniem artykułu jest wyjaśnienie pewnych składników informacji dodatkowej, pozwalających na szczegółową interpretację elementów aktywów i pasywów.

The article describes the supplementary statement and its vital informative role in the range in which it provides the detailed information about the assets and liabilities shown in the balance sheet. The paper concerns the fundamental elements of the supplementary statement which help to analyse properly certain positions of the balance sheet. The aim of the article is to explain to the reader certain elements of the supplementary statement which allow to make broad and detailed interpretation of the elements of the entity's assets and liabilities.
