Abstrakty

Rożne grupy wchodzące w skład tzw. Obozu Śląskiego, tworzyły jednolitą populację, której zamiarem było poprawienie obowiązującej polityki gospodarczej, tym samym redukowanie bezrobocia oraz polepszenie sytuacji materialnej ludności. Autorka omówiła problem zmniejszającej się produkcji i wzrastającego bezrobocia w Polsce okresu międzywojennego (1919-1939).

All groups that formed the Camp of Silesian sanacja formulated the economic postulates which purpose was to repair or correct the current economic policy and in this way stimulate the circumstances, reduce unenployment and improve material situation. The main change in the policy took place in the mid - 30s when it appeared that a self - regulating mechanism of a market didn't work efficiently in the new economic realities. The change made the state interfere. The state had to create some better conditions for: a) better usage of the productive potential, b) retention of a steady pace in the economic growth, c) efficient work connected with unenployment. Silesian sanacja accepted all the activities of the government. Moreover, they worked out their own solution taking the autonomons competence of the Silesian province in the interwar period into account. (original abstract)
