Abstrakty

Artykuł przedstawia zagadnienie ewaluacji polityki regionalnej w Unii Europejskiej. W pierwszym rozdziale omawia niektóre koncepcje leżące u jej podstaw i czynniki, które powodują ,że podejście do niej jest zróżnicowane. W następnym ukazuje sposoby ewaluacji polityki regionalnej w różnych krajach członkowskich, przeciwstawiając państwa, w których ewaluacja jest kluczowym elementem kształtowania polityki regionalnej tym, w których jej zastosowanie jest ograniczone. Następnie opisuje role monitoringu i ewaluacji w kształtowaniu polityki związanej z funduszami strukturalnymi w Unii Europejskiej. We wnioskach przedstawione są najważniejsze problemy związane z tymi zagadnieniami. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Presented issue of evaluation of regional policy in the European Union. Discussed some conceptions that lie in the basics and factors, which caused its diversity. Showed ways of evaluation of regional policy in different EU countries. The article described role of monitoring and evaluation in policy connected with the structural funds in the European Union.(MP)
