The article is related to the problems connected with the idea of a new economy, based in a higher degree on the knowledge as never before, with its essential element - Internet. We can observe in the present world a distinct tendency to the growth of the importance of knowledge and information in creating the modern economies. Global network - Internet plays an important role in forwarding information and knowledge and in creating the structural changes in the economies and societies. It lets us look on the economical processes from another point of view. It also has got a lot of the advantages: it is a great treasury of information, it reduces costs, shortens the distance, improves the quality and the velocity of services, creates new possibilities of rest and work.
