Systemy Help-Desk umożliwiają precyzyjne rozmieszczenie kosztów usług wewnętrznych, mierzenie ich efektywności i stopniowe podnoszenie ich jakości. Autor w swojej pracy opisał metodologię wdrażania systemu Help-Desk od strony organizacyjnej, równocześnie zwrócił uwagę na kwestię kultury organizacyjnej jako czynnika zapewniającego sukces wdrożenia systemu Help-Desk.

Help-Desk systems playing an increasingly important role in raising the profitability of companies that have decided to continue to maintain support departments, such as IT departments. Help-Desk systems have made it possible to allocate precisely the costs of internal services and measure not only their effectiveness but also gradually increase their quality. This article describes a methodology for implementing a Help-Desk system from an organisational standpoint. It not only addresses procedural considerations, but also emphasises organisational culture issues as a factor ensuring the successful implementation of a Help-Desk system. (original abstract).
