Abstrakty
W nadchodzących latach organizacje staną przed nowym wyzwaniem, jakim jest efektywne współdziałanie z ludźmi. W artykule autor prezentuje model uczącej się organizacji. Analizuje miejsce kapitału ludzkiego w nowej organizacji. Rozważa na czym ma polegać nowoczesny styl kierowania.
An organisation willing to exist and develop in a turbulent surrounding, has to adjust its flexibility to the one of its surrounding, constantly perfecting its potentials and uniqueness in order to prevail its competitors with client valued offer. Thus, it must become a self-educating, intelligent organisation, able to act innovative and create innovation. In order to become such an organisation it must concentrate on creativeness and staff improvement, derive from their professionalism and creativeness, their motivation to work efficiently, to change and progress. Thus, the managerial staff has to change its style of management: leave traditional assistance, control and correction formula for a new one: support, require, connect. They have to create climate of approval and support for their staff initiative and inventiveness, reinforce their staff self esteem, encourage their capabilities and potentials. Modern organisations need invention, ingenuity and independence of individually thinking people, understanding complex problems and actively participating in their solving. (original abstract)
