Abstrakty

W artykule przedyskutowano zależność pomiędzy controllingiem a racjonalnością zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Zwrócono uwagę na bariery skutecznego wdrażania controllingu - w odniesieniu do teorii i praktyki - przez pryzmat racjonalności zarządzania. Podkreślono, że zagwarantowanie racjonalności zarządzania jest podstawową funkcją i zadaniem controllingu.

In the paper it has been presented how the dynamics of the organizational environment affects the necessity introducing rational management solutions. One of them is controlling. It has been discussed in the paper how different management aspects influence the controlling and what are the interrelations among them. Aspects which have been identified and analyzed in the paper include: planning, information system, control, organization structure, and human resources. (original abstract)
