Corporate portal is an important element of companies' integrated operating system architecture. The portal is required to execute its tasks in effective and safe manner. Data encoding, individual access keys, scoring applications and many other special instruments are utilised to achieve this goal. (original abstract)

Informacja wraz ze wzrostem jej wartości stała się niezależną wartością e-biznesu. A zatem niezbędne jest, aby precyzyjnie integrował wszystkie systemy informacyjne, czy to w celu świadczenia wysokiej jakości usług ku większemu zadowoleniu klienta, czy choćby po to aby po otrzymaniu odpowiednich przesłanek strategicznych zdecydować się na 'skok na rynek'. Ważnym składnikiem architektury zintegrowanych systemów informacyjnych przedsiębiorstwa jest portal firmy, który musi spełniać wymogi efektywności i bezpieczeństwa. SSI (Secure Socket Layer) wydaje się być elastycznym i uniwersalnym instrumentem, który zapewnia skuteczną ochronę danych przesyłanych poprzez portal przedsiębiorstwa. (JW)
