Abstrakty

w artykule zaprezentowano ogólny opis sposobu przygotowania i prowadzenia przedsięwzięć drogowo-mostowych finansowanych ze środków Banku Światowego lub Unii Europejskiej, prowadzonych według zasad FIDIC (Federation Internationale Des Ingenieurs-Conseils) w Polsce. Metoda realizacji przedsięwzięcia drogowego wg zasad FIDIC zakłada powołanie niezależnego inżyniera konsultanta, odpowiedzialnego za całość kontraktu.

Conditions of Contract for Works of Civil Engineering Construction issued by FIDIC are commonly used for concluding contracts of roads investments financed by World Bank and other international organisations in Poland. Method of realisation of road investment, called conventional, assumes appointing the Consulting Engineer that professionally acts totally independent and without any financial interst in construction, production or delivery of materials assuring that conflict of interest does not occur. Proceedings of the contract concluded on basis of FIDIC rules try to provide impartiality and justice and to cover possible wide assortment of possible events. They are basing on co-operation and mutual trust among construction process participants and aim at avoiding disputes. (original abstract)
