While managing of public transport company the managers should have at their disposal the large amount of market information. To obtain such information many various tools and methods of strategy analysis are used. The essence of selected experts methods used in management is presented in the paper. The example how to apply them in analysis of environment stages at the market of regional passenger bus transport is given. (original abstract)
