Abstrakty

W opracowaniu zaprezentowano szczegółowy przegląd tabel zmian stanu cywilnego w polskich warunkach. Przedstawiono je w układzie chronologicznym, poczynając od tabel eliminacji a kończąc na tabelach częstości zawierania związków małżeńskich. Porównano metody konstrukcji różnych typów tabel, oraz przedstawiono ich wady i zalety.

The author presents a detailed review of tables of marriages contraction adjusted to the Polish conditions. Those tables are presented in chronological sequence, starting from the classic tables of elimination to multistate tables of changes of the marital status. The article compares the methods of construction of various types of tables with regard to their advantages and disadvantages. The article pays special attention to the multistate tables of changes of the marital status, emphasising their usefulness in the current demographic studies. Moreover, the article presents the theoretical bases of the construction of contemporary models of multistate tables of changes of the marital status. (original abstract)
