Abstrakty

W opracowaniu omówiono problemy zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi podczas restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw budowlanych. Podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, w jakim wymiarze proces restrukturyzacji zatrudnienia powinien być dokonany.

In this article, the author discusses the problem of human resource management during the restructuring of construction enterprises. The author attempts to determine the impact of enterprise restructuring on human resource management and the extent to which it has led to changes in selected functions in the sphere of human resources. We can conclude that: - enterprise restructuring and the process of employment restructuring sheds light on the role played by human resources in an organisation, - one clear effect of the above-mentioned process is changes in the level and structure of employment, - employment restructuring has clearly had a positive impact on the management process, - changes have taken place in the role and nature of the social function in restructured firms. To sum up, no changes can take place in particular areas of an enterprise's operations without changes also taking place in personnel management. (short original abstract)
