Efforts made by the banks, related to improving credit process are beyond "pure" improvement of techniques of crediting. Presently, process of improvement in the area of crediting is being realized in the following areas: market identification (needs, requirements, limits), internal working efficiency, estimating a proper risk and profit level not only for credit operations, but for the entire operational area of the bank. Process of expanding scope of areas being a subject of improvement in relation to the credit operations of the Bank heads far changing "philosophy" of crediting but first of all, in direction comprehensive managing changes in the Bank.
