Abstrakty

Współpraca Polski i Republiki Białoruś, równorzędnych podmiotów prawa międzynarodowego w europejskim porządku państw, nie należy do długotrwałych, ale charakteryzuje się konsekwentynym i stabilnym rozwojem stosunków bilateralnych o charakterze kulturalnym, politycznym i ekonomicznym. Artykuł poświęcony został na omówienie kolejnych umów dwustronnych, regulujących różne dziedziny życia i relacje pomiędzy obydwoma państwami. Z uwagi na istnienie poważnych, merytorycznych podstwa do współpracy z Republiką Białoruś, powinna ona jak najdłużej pozostawać partnerem gospodarczym Polski, posiadającym nie tylko wewnętrzny, ale również zewnętrzny reeksportowy rynek zbytu.

Socio-political changes that took place in the late nineteen-nineties in Europe marked new directions in the political, legal and social development of states, including Poland's eastern neighbours. This situation resulted in the need to approach, in a different way than in the past, the questions of cooperation in international relations from the standpoint of Polish foreign policy. The main issues of this study focus on the legal grounds for economic cooperation between the Republic of Poland and the Belarussian Republic. Mutual relations between these state entities in this area are characterized by a diversity of solutions a novel approach. On account of the complexity of state-forming processes taking place in the Belarussian Republic, accompanying the formation of a new, sovereign state and the need to maintain Poland's stable eastern foreign policy, the mutual relations between the two countries are entering a new stage of cooperation, not heard of in the past.
