W artykule omówiono różne formy rozwoju skierowane "na zewnątrz" przedsiębiorstwa. Ten rodzaj rozwoju, zwany egzogenicznym jest przedmiotem artykułu.

This paper presents chosen forms of external changes which take place in enterprise. There are presented causes of these changes and factors influencing their form. There are described three model structure of trans-national enterprises and their impact on managerial accounting tasks. (original abstract)
