Abstrakty

Maquiladoras to przedsiębiorstwa przemysłu przetwórczego o specjalnym statusie. Są to firmy meksykańskie działające na specjalnych prawach celnych, które pozwalają importować na teren Meksyku zwolnione od cła surowce, wyposażenie, maszyny, części zamienne potrzebne do montażu lub produkcji towarów przeznaczonych do dalszego eksportu. Omówiono program maquiladora, zasady działania maquiladoras po wprowadzeniu NAFTA oraz po 1 stycznia 2001 roku.
