Artykuł omawia problemy związane ze stosowaniem kontroli przepływów kapitału oraz przedstawia skutki, do jakich prowadzi liberalizacja rynku finansowego.
The article touches the problems of effects of financial market liberalization, what is described as repealing of limitations reffering to realisation of transactions and transfers to ensure free capital flow. Liberalization of financial market is the part of wider changes of reduction of direct state intervention in economy. The article stressed, that liberalization follows to creation of behaviour based on effectivity, understood as achieving the maximum benefits at minimum costs. Assuming, that not propertly inroduced liberalization may eliminate of market gone many institutions, the elaboration presents arguments for gradual liberalization. (original abstract)
