Przedstawiono genezę polityki innowacyjnej Unii Europejskiej. Omówiono cele polityki innowacyjnej Unii Europejskiej w XXI wieku. Zaprezentowano narzędzia polityki innowacyjnej UE oraz ocenę narzędzi i efektów tej polityki.
