Autor przedstawił istotne kwestie związane z przygotowaniem i realizacją Planu Marshalla w powojennej Europie.

The author presents some important problems related to Marshall Plan preparation and implementation, beginning with the first decision regarding recovery program for to Europe after II WW and the USSR position towards American proposals. Political situation on the continent is presented, with particular interest paid to the USSR world power aspirations, followed by the European states reaction to the US proposal, especially the UK, France and Moscow standings. Industrial branches aided by Marshall Plan and financial means appropriation is presented. The author evaluates the Plan implementation in the context of modern Europe. (original abstract)
