Some Aspects of the Optimum Economic Use of the Exhaustible Natural Resources
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
The study deals with the issues of the effective use of exhaustible natural resources. The author presents the concept of the exhaustible resources and the economic functions of natural environment. Also the distinction between the category of rationality and the effectiveness of the economic use of the exhaustible natural resources has been made. The main issue of this study is the methodical propositions applying to the effectiveness valuation based on the theory of the property rights and externalities. In the final part of the study the author presents the economic valuation methods based on the energy-related valuation procedures. (original abstract)
