Abstrakty

Logistyka ze względu na swój interdyscyplinarny charakter jest dziedziną wymagającą intensywnych i komplementarnych badań. W polskiej i obcej literaturze przedmiotu istnieje wciąż jeszcze ważny problem uporządkowania oraz obiektywizacji terminologii i języka nowoczesnej logistyki, a także dziedzin pokrewnych. Jednym z nowych terminów zaproponowanych w krajowej literaturze przedmiotu jest pojęcie produktu logistycznego.

One of the terms proposed in the Polish logistic literature is the notion of the logistic product. This proposal is an example of the possibility, and even the necessity, of introducing logistic term s verging on the domains related to logistics, such as marketing and the science of commodities. However, first their contextual meaning must be determined. The aim of this dissertation was to include in the notion of the logistic product the categories of the science of commodities, which should add to setting in order the terminology connected with the analysis of products as the objects of the physical f10w in the logistic chain. That was possible due to the elaboration of scientific principles of product characterization, with the use of the principles of logistics. The knowledge of such a characterization of products, being in accordance with the science of commodities, is a base for rational decision-making as regards the limitation of unfavourable changes in the quality of products during logistic processes.
