Przedmiotem rozważań jest zjawisko zwane mobbingiem. Autor omawia pojęcie mobbingu, jego przyczyny, rodzaje i przebieg. Nakreśla skutki mobbingu dla pracownika, społeczeństwa, firmy i gospodarki.

The paper presents the concept, course, types causes and effects of mobbing at work. The author underlines that so far in Poland the phenomenon has not been thoroughly examined although it seems that mobbing has quite a long tradition in Poland and there are more and more employees who have experienced it. The existing Polish labour law does not mention mobbing, however, the status quo is likely to change as a kind of anti-mobbing lobby is being formed. Two anti-mobbing organisations were established - Polish Anti-Mobbing Club (OSA) and Polish Anti-Mobbing Association (OSA). (original abstract)
