Abstrakty

Autor przedstawił własność jako fundamentalny czynnik ksztatujący procesy społeczno-ekonomiczne. Działalność gospodarcza w praktyce potwierdza zasadę psychologiczną, iż chęć posiadania jest głęboko zakorzeniona w ludzkiej naturze. W stosunkach pracy pojawiła się kwestia nie tylko racjonalności ekonomicznej własności ale również racjonalności jej użytkowania, co wiąże się z etyką posiadania. Chodzi tu o rodzaj potrzeb właściciela kapitału oraz formę i metody ich zaspokajania. (MP)

Treating labour relations as a separate subject of analysis is justified by the mutual interdependence of capital and labour and by the specific nature of the relationships coming into play in the utilisation of capital and labour potential. It turns out that the specific areas where these relationships are in evidence, the forms they assume and the factors and processes which shape them, are still determined to a considerable extent by ownership. In the present article the author shows how ownership is the fundamental factor shaping social and economic processes. Economics in practice confirms the claim of psychologists that the desire for ownership is an instinct deeply embedded in the human soul. When this instinct is taken as an important factor in economics, the behaviour of employers and employees becomes strictly subordinated to the principles of economic rationality.
