Abstrakty

W artykule zdefiniowano pojęcie wdrażania i wdrożenia strategii przedsiębiorstwa. Omówiono rolę przywódców we wdrażaniu strategii z uwzględnieniem zadań, które muszą realizować oraz czynników wpływających na style zachowań menedżerów. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono zagadnieniu funkcji, jaką mogą pełnić liderzy w realizacji strategii na różnych szczeblach organizacji, a zwłaszcza średnim.

The article addresses the issue of a strategy implementation in terms of the leaders' role and tasks necessary to implement a given strategy. Some factors affecting the behavioral styles of managers, in particular those of the middle management, have been discussed. (J.W.)
