Abstrakty

Opracowanie, to identyfikacja informacyjnych możliwości sprostania przez polską statystykę publiczną wymogom sporządzanych przez Komisję Europejską rocznych syntetycznych raportów. Identyfikacji i pomiarowi zmian w różnych segmentach społecznej i gospodarczej rzeczywistości poszczególnych krajów Unii Europejskiej, służą zbiory dziedzinowych wskaźników strukturalnych. Kraje, które zgłaszają swój akces do Unii Europejskiej, w tym również Polska, powinny ocenić stopień kompatybilności informacyjnej i metodologicznej w tym zakresie. W artykule podjęto próbę takiej oceny.

The purpose of this study is an identification of the information potential of Polish public statistics in meeting the requirements necessary for the preparation of annual synthesis reports by the European Commission. The sets of structural indicators in particular domains serve the purpose of identification and measurement of changes, which take place in different segments of social and economic reality of particular European Union countries. Countries applying for the European Union membership, including Poland should evaluate their level of information and methodology compatibility in this area. An attempt of such an evaluation has been presented in this study. The carried out comparative analysis make it possible to notice that there exists a high degree of comparability between the information requirements resulting from the range of structural indicators necessary for the elaboration of annual synthesis reports about the European Union countries and the potential of Polish public statistics.
