Abstrakty

Artykuł skupia się na kwestii metody kalkulacji wartości projektu wirtualizacji małego przedsiębiorstwa. Zaproponowane zostało zastosowanie do tego celu metody opcji rzeczywistych, w oparciu o analogię zachodzącą między projektem wirtualizacji a projektem badawczo-rozwojowym.

Virtualization of a company, considered as a gradual process of shifting business into the Internet, connected with the reorganization of the company structure and its operation manner should be carried out on the basis of economic criteria. The present paper proposes to treat the process of virtualization as a multi-stage project and to appraise it using the real option method. (original abstract)
